Dear Energy Oasis Members,
It was with great sorrow to all of us that we were forced to close our doors. We have had such a wonderful time getting to know you and help you find a way to meet your fitness goals. Fortunately, we have found a way for all of us to stay together! 24 Seven Family Fitness has agreed to let us transfer to their facility! Your membership contracts will not change, nor will your monthly fees. Billing will continue through National Fitness and their cancellation policy will still hold true so you will not be locked into a long contract term. You will not need to pay a joiner fee, only a one time $20.00 key card fee which will give you 24 hour access to the building. Your key card will have "Temporary" printed on it, however that is only because you are not locked into a contract with them. You will have access to the building as long as your membership dues are current. With your membership you will be entitled to workout at any 24 Seven Family Fitness location in the Savannah area.
All of our class instructors have been placed on their sub list and will be subbing quite frequently since they need subs almost every day. We hope in the beginning of the year to get some of our group classes on their schedule. Kathy will also have a membership there and will be working out with you! Hopefully JoAnne will become part of the childcare staff as well.
You can go to the 24 Seven Family Fitness in Richmond Hill, fill out waivers and liability forms, get your key card and start working out immediately! We appreciate your loyalty to us, however we hope that you will keep an open mind and look at this transition as a positive journey into our fitness future. After trying 24 Seven, if you decide it is just not for you, call National Fitness at 1-800-658-7727 or go to www.nationalfitness.com and cancel through them. Remember, there is a 30 day cancellation period. Per our agreement with 24 Seven, your membership will remain month-to-month and you are not locked into a new contract. You can cancel directly through National Fitness, you do not have to cancel through 24 Seven.
